Cuisine

Meals are served in the casual elegance of our spacious open air Bure Kalou. Our chef Laniana "LaLa" prepares a wide variety of dishes that amaze even the most experienced gourmet. Enjoy fine dining with a magnificent range of taste sensations including fresh local fish, vegetables and fruit, New Zealand lamb, Australian beef and incredible desserts. There are plenty of choices to quench your thirst - imported wines, Fijian beer, fresh squeezed juice and refreshing spring water.

Toast & fruit. Plate with jam and butter

Lunch

Seared sesame crusted swordfish a top a salad of cold rice, vermicelli noodles, and a julienne of mixed vegetables tossed in a spicy szechwan viniagrette

OR

Grilled hickory smoked cheeseburger with all the fixings served with fresh cut home fries

Dinner

Appetizer: La La's traditioanl Fijian Rou Rou soup — Fijian spinach soup flavored with coconut cream

Fresh line cought wahoo with Provencal sauce, served with saffron risotto and fresh steamed broccoli

Pan seared loin of New Zealand spring lamb with rosemary-sage aujus and garden vegetables served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes
